Hi, I’m Veronica, and I’m excited to share this Breath Awareness Meditation with you. I believe this simple yet powerful practice can help you center yourself and enhance your well-being.
In this session, I’ll guide you to focus on your natural breath—just as it is—without any need to change or control it. By observing the rhythm and flow of your breath, you’ll cultivate a deeper awareness of your body, mind, and emotions, helping you to find calm in the midst of life’s busyness.
